Jennifer Lentz

Jennifer Lentz has dedicated twenty five years to inspiring and enriching students' lives through the art of dance by teaching at numerous studios, conservatories and master class workshops. Jennifer is going into her ninth season as the owner and artistic director of Contempro Dance Theatre. 

Jennifer's choreography has won awards at numerous regional and national venues. Jennifer's students have gained a reputation for elite ballet training and undeniable versatility, which combined, has allowed students to thrive in the world of dance. Students have received acceptance and large talent scholarships to prestigious collegiate dance programs across the country including The Boston Conservatory, NYU, Point Park University, The University of the Arts, Shenandoah University and thensome. Contempro graduates have gone on to perform professionally at Lincoln Center and Madison Square Garden in New York City and also abroad with Norwegian Cruise Lines. You can find CDT alumni performing on television, film and within professional dance companies all across the country.

Jennifer Lentz is a 2002 graduate from Temple University. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance with a dual degree in Business Administration and a minor in Health Studies. Jennifer also received her certification in Vaganova Ballet Technique (Levels 1-3) from John White at the Pennsylvania Academy of Ballet Society workshop. During her time at Temple she was an active participant in the dance department performing and choreographing in shows regularly. Jennifer was also co-captain of the dance team and had the privilege of traveling and performing in stadiums throughout the east coast. Upon graduation, Jennifer co-founded Eclipse Dance Company; a concert dance company focused on jazz and modern techniques which performed in and around the Philadelphia region.
