Susan McGuire was born and raised in Philadelphia where she attended Archbishop Ryan High School. She is happily married to her high school sweetheart for 35 years, has two beautiful daughters and two adorable grandsons. Susan was a financial manager and a medical biller for almost 20 years until her best friend purchased Contempro Dance Theatre and she completely changed careers. Susan's official role is the Studio Manager however, she uses her 20 years of Dance Mom experience to guide, assist and nurture the families at Contempro. When Susan is not at the studio or with her grandsons, you can find her working on her “McGuire Original” dance costumes embellishing them with hundreds of rhinestones. Her impressive costuming work has won several awards at regional competitions. Susan has a love for all of the Contempro students and treats every one of them as if they were her own.
